🔐 Lifetime Member Incentive: 100M 10%

The first 100 Genesis members will each receive 1,000,000 tokens.

🌊 The market liquidity pool has a capacity of 500M, with 50% allocated to trading depth, DEX/CEX listings, staking and circulation, and serving as the upper limit for the total size of DAO buyback rewards.

💼 Investor incentive: 20% of 200M shares will be locked up for 6 months and then released linearly to support early investment. Malicious dumping is prohibited.

🎁 Referral Rewards: 100M (10%). Referral members will receive CL (Clearance Tokens), all locked for 1 year.

🧑‍💼 Team incentives: 10% of members (100M) are locked in for 2 years after reaching 100 members, ensuring market confidence.

3. Lifetime Membership Program

Genesis Members

The top 100, each 1,000,000 CL(Total 100,000,000), from the "Lifetime Membership Incentive" pool.
Lock-up period: 1 year, followed by linear release over 5 years.
Membership fee: USD 5,000 (fixed)

Post-Genesis Members

All rewards are obtained through DAO buybacks on the secondary market, with a total buyback cap of 500 million CL, which will be distributed to new members sequentially.
Source of repurchase funds：DAO 每月将当月会员会费的 5% 用于回购 CL
The repurchased CL will enter the "Member Rewards Distribution Pool" and will be distributed sequentially according to the order of new members.
Lock-up period: 1 year, followed by linear release over 12 months.
Membership Fee Standards: #101–#10,000: USD 15,000 (fixed) #10,001–#100,000: USD 30,000 (fixed)

Example of distribution mechanism

With 100 new members joining that month, the total membership fees collected by the DAO...
DAO will deduct 5% of its membership fees as repurchase funds.
Purchase CL on DEX/CEX and deposit it into the "Member Rewards Pool".
500,000 CL will be distributed sequentially to members who join in the current month (lock-up rules apply).
If the repurchase quantity is insufficient in the current month, the distribution will be postponed proportionally (transparently disclosed).
